Mr. Boone’s practice focuses on the handling of high exposure personal injury cases
involving labor law, premises liability, municipal liability, automobile liability, professional malpractice
and product liability. His litigation experience on behalf of several prominent national insurance carriers
throughout his career affords him an unique perspective in developing effective strategies on behalf of the
firm’s clients. In addition to successfully trying multiple cases to verdict, Mr. Boone is an experienced
appellate practitioner and regularly resolves cases through mediation and arbitration.
He graduated Hunter College, B.A., in 1996, New York Law School, J.D., 2001 and was
admitted to the Bar in New York 2002.
