• How long will it take until I know if the case is settled or is going to trial?
• Can I settle early if I want to? How will an early settlement affect what my case is worth?
• If I hire your firm what lawyer will be responsible for my case?
• If I want to speak to someone about my case, who will I speak to?
• Will I be speaking to paralegals or to attorneys when I call your office?
